Lawsuit to the Treasury Tribunal for the Marshal of the Crown Jews in connection with the case against the elders of Ruthenian Voivodeship
Herszko Moskowicz, the rabbi of Sanok, Dawid Aronowicz, Abram Berkowicz and Józef Pinkwasowicz, the elders of the kahal in Sanok, sue Abram Chaimowicz, the Marshal General of the Crown Jews, to the Treasury Tribunal of Radom, demanding from him presentation of relevant documents (decrees) in the ongoing court case against the land elders of Ruthenian Voivodeship for the change of the sentence by the Crown elders issued at the Jewish Assembly in Jarosław in 1753, and subsequently approved by Kazimierz Granowski, the Starost of Radom and Commissioner of the Grand Treasurer of the Crown.
